Heather Lucas, Nurse Practitioner

Owner

Heather is a certified family nurse practitioner and has served as a practitioner for 5 years. She has worked in nursing for over a decade. Heather graduated from South Alabama with an MSN and is currently completing her doctoratal degree at The University of South Alabama. She has undergone over 500 hours of cannabis education and training and commits most of her time to learning more about cannabis.

As the founder of Natural Relief, Heather has personal experience in seeing how cannabis medicine can help others. She openly shares the success story of her mother and has a burning passion for learning more about medical cannabis. She finds personal growth, strength, and satisfaction in being part of patient journeys of discovery about cannabis.

Kelsey Reed, DNP, Nurse Practitioner

Kelsey Reed, DNP, Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Kelsey Reed has served as a clinician for over 10 years. She completed both her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. Kelsey has treated a myriad of chronic illnesses and appreciates the space for medical cannabis in treating illnesses such as seizures, diabetic complications, chronic pain, mental health conditions and so much more.

Kelsey is motivated by the relief that our patients find when integrating medical cannabis into their approach to health. She believes that cannabis is an effective alternative to some pharmaceuticals and provides different options for pain management.

Katosha Muse, MD

Physician & Medical Director

Dr. Katosha Muse is a board-certified Family Physician and Obstetrician serving the communities of Tennessee and Mississippi. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency and fellowship at the St. Francis Hospital Family Medicine Program and the Women’s Advanced Health Fellowship with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Dr. Muse is an open-book and prides herself on communicating well with her patients. She is committed to giving the best care and establishing long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Dr. Muse sees the potential for cannabis to heal and restore patients. When given the opportunity Dr. Muse joined the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of cannabis medicine in Mississippi.

Ashanti Coleman, DNP, Nurse Practitioner

Ashanti Coleman, DNP, Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Ashanti Coleman is a doctoral-prepared board-certified family nurse practitioner. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2016 and a Registered Nurse since 2012. She fell in love with nursing from learning about the body and how it works and finding ways to improve patients’ health holistically.   

Dr. Coleman is also a two-time Stroke Survivor advocate and supporter of the local Mid-South American Heart Association She supports cannabis as a therapy for healing and improving quality of life. She currently teaches nursing students in clinical and didactic courses full-time at her alma mater as well as working part time in a primary care clinic. She has been blessed to merge her love of nursing and teaching to pour into future nurses. Dr. Coleman is also a certified Yoga Instructor who teaches a unique form of yoga & CBD for relaxation, stress, and pain relief at Your CBD Store in Collierville weekly. She believes in a dual wellness approach which includes the use of natural remedies for numerous ailments.
